We were delighted to be awarded this substantial contract to replace balcony balustrades to 306 residential flats spread across 7 blocks in central Brighton.
Each balcony frame was manufactured in mild steel before being galvanised and finished in a polyester powder coating. Trespa panels were then fitted securely within the frame to provide fall protection and privacy for the resident. Finally, a hardwood top rail was recessed over each balcony balustrade to complete the installation.
Trespa is a decorative compact laminate, manufactured under high pressures and temperatures, yielding a dense panel with good strength-to-weight ratios. Trespa panels are weather resistant, colour stable, low maintenance, solid, safe and secure.
